Large room with great 8th-floor view. Breakfast offers international & Spanish food, including gluten-free options, coffee, and fruit. Staff speaks fluent English and creates "picnic-bag" for breakfast on early check-out. Convenient location near metro and shopping mall. Excellent stay overall.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near the metro station. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a shopping mall and just a short walk from the subway stop. It is also very close to Alsacia metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you may need. The staff is kind and helpful, and the room is cleaned every day. Plus, there is a fantastic Spanish style breakfast offered every morning.
The wifi reception can be poor in some parts of the room.

Great Central Location: Close to metro station, easy access to attractions. Free parking available nearby. Comfortable Rooms: Spacious and comfortable beds. Room was clean and well-maintained. Friendly Staff: Staff was helpful and polite. Offered immediate check-in and provided assistance when needed.
Room Condition: Some signs of wear and tear in the room. Carpet in poor shape, bathroom could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway, allowing me to easily travel to the city center in just a few minutes. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the hotel facilities were great.
